Many years ago I read an article whose name was precisely this: Lose weight by reading … It sounds a little bit odd, right?
What is true is that as soon as one reads that sentence, the first thing our subconscious hits is to run off in search of a book, but that is not exactly what the article was about, but rather to dedicate ourselves to reading the labels of the products in the Super, in order to review the nutritional information of each one of them, before deciding whether to buy it or not.
Today I come “in a certain way” to deny that article, and I put that phrase in quotation marks because, although it is no less true that it is a good recommendation to make sure of the nutritional values and the amount of calories in the food that we are going to consume, it is a real chaos in our day to day:
“Living with so much work”

In my previous posts I always say that the key to success to lose weight with the LSDD Method is to gradually implement the tips and secrets that I share with you, in order not to stress our body or cause the dreaded rebound effect, but ! while still enjoying all the things that we like and that give us deep pleasure when we consume them.
Today there is a revolution in “light” products that, between advertising and the effect that just reading that word has on our brain, we are inclined to consume them thinking that with them we are going to get the best of both worlds:
“An exquisite flavor WITHOUT THE RISK of getting fat”.
But the worst thing is that there are those who believe that not only are they not going to gain weight, but that they are going to lose weight with them!
Conclusion:
- They do not even taste as exquisite as the traditional versions,
- That we are not going to stop getting fat with them,
- And much less get slim.
So:
- We are unnecessarily sacrificing our palate without getting the results we want.
On the other hand, the Internet is full of recipes and tips to burn fat, and they are soooo many … that, to begin with, as each one swears to be the best, we don’t know which one to decide on … And if by any chance we dedicate ourselves to put them all into practice, our life would be LITERALLY hell!

Dear friend: Life is a gift! And it is not worth living it with so much work and so many limitations if, on top of that, you are not going to achieve what you want.
The best thing about this method that I share with you is that you can accommodate each tip to your daily life without having to incorporate them all, you will always be able to enjoy everything that you like to eat, and even so, you will lose weight and burn fat from localized areas of your body.
