Today I bring you 2 simple but effective exercises or Asanas to have a flat, steel abdomen without a drop of fat: Of course, if you are able to maintain consistency!
Remember that the key in any exercise or asana is concentration, your mind and body must be in perfect harmony to be able to connect with the Universe and achieve the proposed goal!
The first Asana:
The first Asana or Posture that I bring you today is the one that describes the image of the article. You will stay in it for at least 10 breaths, yes, important, it is not about minutes, it is about counting the breaths. These should be calm and fluid, without retaining air or expelling it abruptly.
It is also important that you keep your back straight and fully attached to the floor or your yoga mat. While you are breathing remember that when you breathe in the air you should feel that you are absorbing the energy of the Universe that is around you at that moment and, when you exhale, you will be expelling all the toxins and bad vibes that accumulate in your mind and in your body with the stress of everyday life.

The second Posture or Asana:
This is precisely the image you just saw before this paragraph. It is important that you keep your arms completely straight and with your fingers pointing at your feet. Your body should be perfectly straight when you get up and you are going to do a complete breath with each foot, alternating 3 times and then resting and repeating about 3 more times.
With this second exercise you will force your abdomen to stretch while, at the same time, it is fully contracted as it is supporting the full weight of your body. It is important that you concentrate that force in your abdomen and do not recharge your arms, they are only to hold you on the ground but not to make a drop of force.
However, in this second asana, despite being totally focused on your abdominal area, first your glutes work together, then your legs, your lower back and your shoulders, which each day will become even stronger without you noticing.
How many times should you do these Postures or Asanas?
You must repeat both postures or asanas 3 times, that is, it will be 6 in total and, as you can see, it will not take you more than 10 minutes to do it. You don’t need an exact moment in the day, you can do it anytime you want but… Remember…
